Dick handled domestic and global compliance matters for these companies. Since 1997 Dick has provided extensive consulting for a range of small, medium sized and entrepreneurial companies. These companies did not have cosmetic or personal care regulatory expertise on staff and relied on Dick to provide advice on compliance issues, assistance in the international registration of products, European Union (EU) labeling compliance and much more.
